Frequently Asked Questions
For All Services
-
Infant Sleep Support: $200/hr
Psychotherapy at Village Professional Services: $180/hr
Psychotherapy at Child In Mind: $200/hr
As you can see, I have slightly different fees for each location where I work. I provide the same psychotherapy and support regardless, however Child In Mind as a clinic provides clients access to more circle of care support, and so the fee is reflected with this in mind.

Psychotherapy services are typically covered by most extended health benefit plans. Infant sleep support is tailored as psychotherapeutic support and would also be covered under my services. Please check with your individual plan to confirm you are covered to work with a Registered Psychotherapist.
Workshops are not covered.

-
No! I don’t use any traditional one-size-fits all approaches at all. Instead, we look at your baby’s unique sleep needs, temperament, development, regulation and your family’s sleep goals to create a plan that feels comfortable to you. My approach is grounded in attachment and developmental neuroscience with an emphasis on supporting sleep while protecting the parent-infant relationship.
